Super easy pasta salad – with pasta, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, spicy salami, pepperoncini, olives, and easy Italian dressing. DANGEROUSLY GOOD.

Ingredients

  • Uncooked Pasta
    1 lb.
  • Cherry Tomatoes
    3 Cups (Cut in Half)
  • Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Balls
    8 Ounces (Cut in Half)
  • Salami or Summer Sausage
    1 lb. (Cut in Cubes)
  • Kalamata Olives
    3/4 Cup (Sliced)
  • Pepperoncini
    3/4 Cup
  • Red Onion
    1/2 Cup (Sliced)
  • Parsley
    1/2 Cup (Chopped)
  • Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup
  • Red Wine or White Vinegar
    1/4 Cup
  • Water
    1/4 Cup
  • Coarse Sea Salt
    1-2 Tablespoons
  • Garlic
    2 Cloves
  • Sugar
    1 Tablespoon
  • Dry Oregano or Dry Basil
